See the change before it changes your plans.

Keep commitments, financial concerns, and customer risks in view. Connect the signals across your business and see what needs attention while there is time to respond.

See how a change affects the rest of the business.

A vendor notice deadline can pass before the review it depends on is finished. Shared organizational memory connects the work, so the consequence does not stay buried in another system.

Bring source records, dependencies, and responsible people together. Follow a concern back to the evidence that supports it.

Notice deadline approaching

The notice deadline falls before the decision.

A contract term in one system can commit spend that another team is planning to cut. Bring the notice window and the review together before the date passes.

The Watch

Give your attention to what can change the outcome.

The Watch, the standing list of situations under observation, evaluates developing concerns in the background. What surfaces depends on evidence, consequence, and whether a response is needed.

Is the consequence material?

Weigh the potential impact in the context of your organization, with a clear basis and visible uncertainty.

02

Is the team already responding?

Consider the work underway. A concern being adequately handled can stay quiet.

03

Is there still a useful move?

Surface a supported warning or question when a decision can make a difference.

Your Watchlist

Stay with the response after the warning.

Choose active items to follow. Keep their status, evidence, and recorded activity close as the team responds.

Material changes can notify you according to your preferences. Resolved items stay on your list, and a reopened concern remains part of the story.

Explore the Watchlist

Know what the picture covers.

Choose your source scope and check connection health. Freshness, missing systems, and conflicting records shape what the evidence can support.

Explore connectors

Take the next step with context.

Ask what changed and who is responsible. Shared memory gives people and connected agents context; supported actions still follow permissions, policies, and approvals.

Have questions?

What can we monitor across the business?

Connect evidence about commitments, deadlines, financial concerns, customer relationships, and agent activity. The available checks depend on your workspace configuration, connected sources, and permissions. Start with the systems that carry the work you need to understand.

How does a developing concern become a warning?

The Watch evaluates the supporting evidence, the potential consequence, the time available to respond, and whether the team is already handling the issue. A suspected problem does not automatically become a warning. Material concerns need a supported basis and an actionable next step before they surface.

Is monitoring real time?

Updates depend on each connector’s sync method, source availability, and processing cadence. Some sources provide push updates; others are checked periodically. Review source timestamps and connection health when assessing freshness. A quiet queue does not establish that every system is current or every risk is covered.

What is the difference between the Watch and my Watchlist?

The Watch evaluates developing concerns in the background. Your Watchlist is a private collection of active items you choose to follow. It tracks their status and supporting activity, with material-change notifications subject to your preferences and access. Items stay on the list after resolution until you remove them.

Can we see why an item needs attention?

Yes. Inspect the supporting records, source dates, responsible people, and the consequence being considered. Related findings can be grouped into a situation while preserving their underlying evidence. Ask follow-up questions within your permissions, and keep missing or conflicting context visible.

Does a finding automatically trigger a business action?

No. A finding provides context for a decision. Supported actions requested through the governed path still require permissions, policy checks, and any required approvals. Monitoring an external agent’s activity does not establish that its actions were authorized before execution.

Keep the important things from becoming surprises.

Follow the evidence to see where your attention can make a difference.
