Put company knowledge in context.

Connect the decisions, commitments, and relationships across your systems. Help people and AI agents understand what matters, where it came from, and what changed.

Keep the context available when the work changes hands.

The next person needs to understand the promise, the reasoning, and the questions still open. Make that knowledge easier to carry forward.

Start the next piece of work with the context behind it.

Find the reason behind a decision, the promise behind a handoff, or the information an agent needs. Inspect the supporting sources as you go.

The context behind the work

Why are we rolling this out in phases?

The rollout plan starts with one region because the customer needs to validate its data export before extending access. The implementation review records that dependency as the reason for the phased approach.

What remains open

The wider rollout date is not confirmed in these sources.

What evidence would let the team extend the rollout?

Supporting sourcesOpen to inspect
Rollout plan · September 9

Delivery lead: Start in the East region. Extend access after the customer validates the data export.

Implementation review · September 10

Program lead: Keep the phased approach until export validation is confirmed. The wider rollout date remains open.

Keep the reasoning close to the decision.

A plan can tell you what the team chose. A conversation may explain why. Connect both to the people, commitments, and dependencies around the work.

Shared memory gives the next question somewhere to start, with the source and its history still attached.

AI agent context

Give agents the company context their work depends on.

Let connected agents request relevant facts, commitments, risks, and status. A bounded briefing helps them understand the organization within their permitted scope.

Reading the context does not grant authority to act. Permissions, policy checks, and required approvals still govern supported actions.

Know what the answer rests on.

Useful knowledge carries its basis, history, and limits. Keep those visible as the company learns.

01

Follow the source.

Inspect the record behind a statement and who contributed it. A citation is a starting point for review.

02

Understand what changed.

Separate when a change took effect from when it was learned. Preserve what the team knew before the update.

03

Keep uncertainty visible.

Missing evidence and conflicting accounts limit the answer. Identify what still needs confirmation.

Share knowledge within clear boundaries.

Connect the sources you choose and respect the access around them. Private member knowledge enters shared intelligence only through an explicit contribution.

Have questions?

What becomes part of company knowledge?

Connected sources contribute evidence about decisions, commitments, relationships, status, and outcomes. The resulting memory connects those facts to their sources and history. What is available depends on the systems connected, the scope you authorize, and the quality of the underlying evidence.

Do we need to move our documents into a new knowledge base?

No. Connect supported systems where your company already works. Raw connected-source content is temporary by default; the lasting record contains normalized knowledge, summaries, metadata, provenance, and citations. Original evidence can be fetched from its source when needed and authorized.

How does this help someone taking over a role or account?

They can ask about the decisions, promises, responsible people, and unresolved work relevant to the handoff. Supporting sources help them understand the basis instead of relying only on a summary. The context remains limited to their permissions and the evidence available; a handoff does not grant additional access.

Can our AI agents use the same company knowledge?

Connected agents can request relevant facts, commitments, risks, and status through the governed MCP interface. Briefings are ranked, bounded, and filtered by the agent’s access. Reading context does not authorize an action, and restricted sources, secrets, and member-private vault data are not included.

What happens when a decision changes?

New evidence can update or supersede earlier claims while preserving their history. The record distinguishes when a change took effect from when it was learned, so a later update does not silently rewrite what was known earlier. Ask can explore the change using the available, permission-filtered evidence.

Does shared knowledge make private information visible to everyone?

No. Retrieval follows workspace permissions and permitted source scope. Member-private vault data remains private unless it is explicitly contributed to organizational intelligence. Sharing a body of knowledge does not remove the access boundaries around it.

How do we know whether an answer is reliable?

Inspect the sources, dates, and supporting context. Answers should reflect the strength of the evidence and identify missing or conflicting information. A citation shows the basis for a statement; it does not guarantee that the source is correct or that the record is complete.

Give your next question the context it deserves.
