Keep the whole operation in view.

Connect the commitments, dependencies, and decisions across your business. See where work is at risk and bring the right people into the next step.

Follow the work across teams.

A customer promise lives in the CRM. Its dependency lives in a project tracker. The change is buried in a conversation. Connect the evidence to see what those updates mean together.

Catch the gaps between teams.

See the dependency behind the date.

The account team has promised a launch. Delivery is still waiting on access. Connect both sides of the handoff before the gap becomes a missed commitment.

Bring the important part to the operating review.

Start with material changes, unresolved concerns, and decisions that need a person. Use the Brief to orient the discussion, then follow the evidence or ask a question.

Explore the Brief

Keep the follow-through in view.

A discussion is the beginning. Follow the commitments and concerns that matter as their evidence and status change.

Your Watchlist keeps the item’s history available, including after resolution, until you choose to remove it.

  1. Open concern

    A prerequisite needs attention.

Keep the commitment, supporting evidence, and responsible person together.

  2. Evidence changes

    See the response take shape.

Follow recorded developments and the questions that remain unresolved.

  3. Later review

    Understand how it was resolved.

Return to the history when the team needs to explain the outcome.

Move the decision forward within clear authority.

Examine the situation through Ask or request a supported next step. When an action requires approval, bring the request and its context to an authorized reviewer.

People and connected agents share the governance path for actions routed through the platform. Finding a risk does not grant permission to act.

Carry the context into what comes next.

A new person, a new plan, or a new agent should be able to work from the evidence already available. Keep the history within reach as the operation changes.

Team continuity

Keep the reason behind the handoff.

Organizational memory connects commitments, decisions, and their sources. People and connected agents can retrieve the context their permissions allow.

Have questions?

Who on an operations team benefits most?

Operations leaders, chiefs of staff, program leads, and anyone responsible for work that crosses teams can bring commitments, dependencies, emerging risks, and governed decisions into one view. See what needs attention and inspect the evidence behind it.

Do we need to replace our project management tools?

No. Connect the supported systems where work already happens. Your project tools, CRM, documents, and conversations remain sources of activity. Evidence from those systems brings material changes into the Brief and Attention. Available context depends on the sources and permissions you configure.

How is a delivery risk identified?

Delivery assessments connect evidence about commitments, dates, dependencies, and changes in the work. An approaching commitment with an unresolved prerequisite can warrant a warning or a question. Confidence, consequences, timing, and whether the team is already responding affect what surfaces. A suspected issue is not treated as a confirmed failure.

Can we follow an issue after the operating review?

Yes. Add an item to your Watchlist to follow its status, evidence, and recorded developments. A change in status stays connected to its history. Resolved items remain on your Watchlist until you remove them, so the context is available for a later review.

Can a finding lead directly to an action?

Use Ask to explore a situation and request supported actions within your authority. An authorized person can review a held action through its approval gate. Required permissions, policies, confirmation, and agent limits still apply. Detecting a risk or suggesting a next step does not itself authorize execution.

How do people and AI agents share the context?

Organizational memory connects decisions, commitments, relationships, and their evidence. People can ask about that record, and connected agents can request organizational context within their permissions. Actions routed through the platform share its governance checks. Activity imported after execution is observed evidence and cannot be blocked retroactively.

What if our information is missing or out of date?

Source coverage, freshness, and conflicting evidence limit the conclusions the evidence can support. Missing context remains part of the assessment and may prompt a question or prevent a conclusion. A quiet queue is not a guarantee that no risks exist; it should be read alongside the health and scope of your connected sources.
