No. Members, registered agents, and connections to supported systems are unlimited within the membership. There is no per-seat, per-agent, or per-framework line item. Usage is covered by the credit allowance and any agreed additional capacity.

Higher packages add depth, reach, and independent assurance. Meridian adds discovery, richer intelligence, and a wider history horizon. Flagship adds advanced verification and decision support. Sovereign adds a deployment and support engagement tailored to your environment. The controls that stop or contain governed actions, receipts, audit history, and baseline sign-in security remain in every package.

The current business connector set covers 12 connectable systems. The wider catalog also includes planned connectors, so review availability for the systems you need. Google sign-in, passkeys, and MFA are available today. SAML SSO and SCIM are planned for every package without an additional security fee; they are not yet available.

The horizon defines the depth of backfill and historical reconstruction included in a package. It is separate from retention and does not mean stored records are deleted when they reach that age. Retention and deletion requirements are addressed in your agreement, including specific terms for Sovereign.

Every membership includes a monthly credit allowance sized to the edition and package. Additional usage can be covered by agreed top-ups or a package change. Your proposal sets the allowance and applicable usage terms. Historical backfill is excluded from the credit meter.

After the applicable usage grace period or a lapse, intelligence work stops and new governed actions are held closed. Activity reported after execution remains observed evidence. Resuming service restores the supported workflow; a billing stop never grants an agent permission to bypass governance.

Sovereign scopes a deployment engagement around your infrastructure, model endpoints, residency, and operating requirements. Deployment engineering, operator training, and a named technical account manager are part of that conversation. Delivery milestones and supported configurations are agreed in the proposal.

Membership, renewal, and change terms are set out in the order form so procurement can plan ahead. Discuss any renewal cap, additional capacity, edition changes, and deployment requirements with sales before signing. Renewal terms are agreed before you sign.
