Start the day knowing what needs you.
Bring your schedule, prepared work and open commitments together. Know what to prepare for, find the work already waiting for your review and ask Orcinta to help carry the next task forward.
Go into the renewal with the full picture.
The agreement expires on 30 September. Review the proposed 12-month term, the missing acceptance and who will sign before the deadline.
Your meeting brief and a reply to Ben are ready to review.
A calendar tells you where to be, but not what you need to know.
The meeting is scheduled, but the agreement, missing reply and promised follow-up are scattered across your tools. Bring the preparation and the unfinished work into view, so you spend less of the day finding out where things stand.
Arrive prepared, without rebuilding the picture each morning.
Your morning brief brings together the conversations ahead, the changes that matter and the work waiting for you. Each item explains what needs your attention and what you can do next.
Before a customer renewal, see the agreed terms and the handover still awaiting acceptance. Before a finance review, know which figures are available and which reply is outstanding.
Follow through in Your workGood morning, Marcus.
Two conversations to prepare for and a reply ready to review.

Your customer renewal
The agreement ends on 30 September. The proposed term is 12 months, but customer acceptance of the handover is still outstanding.
Confirm acceptance and leave the call with a signing date.

Your finance review
The meeting pack is prepared. Sam’s revised forecast is the remaining input, so the final figures are not yet confirmed.
Review the available figures and follow up on the missing forecast.

A reply ready for your review
The renewal summary you promised Ben has been drafted from the agreed terms and the open handover question.
Check the recipient and wording before sending through your email.

Keep the next step close to the work that needs it.
A brief can lead to a prepared reply. An unanswered question stays in Waiting on. An approaching commitment stays in view. Your work brings these together, so the preparation carries through to the follow-up.
Prepared work, open commitments and what comes next.
A reply for Ben
The renewal summary you promised is ready to review.
Hi Ben,
Ahead of our call, I’ve brought together the proposed 12-month renewal and the handover question. Tyler is confirming acceptance, so that point is still open.
Let’s use the call to settle the remaining question and agree who will sign before 30 September.
Best,
Marcus
Connect your own tools and put the context to work.
Your personal connections let you do more than ask for an answer. Prepare a reply from the conversation behind it, follow up on an outstanding request or give a confirmed instruction for work that repeats.
With your Gmail connected and sending authorized, review a message and have it sent through your account. Your preferences, permissions and business rules still apply.
Explore connected toolsDraft a reply to Ben with the renewal terms and what we still need to confirm.
Your reply is prepared from the relevant conversation and agreement, ready for you to check before it is sent.
Your personal connections stay personal.
Your private email is separate from the shared business record. You choose the access and instructions you give, and can revoke the connection.
Keep up when the day changes its plans.
A new reply can settle an open question. A revised agreement can change the next step. Carry those updates into your day and your work, with the earlier context still available.
As your people keep working, the business memory grows. Your next brief and conversation can start with more of the background already understood.

How do Your day and Your work fit together?
Your day puts meetings, preparation time and reminders in context. Your work keeps the briefs, drafts, unanswered requests and commitments behind them together. A meeting can lead you to its prepared brief, and an unresolved question stays available to follow up afterward.
Where do I find my morning brief?
Your brief is on Home in the Personal workspace. It brings together the conversations ahead, relevant business changes and work that needs your attention. Your day and Your work keep the schedule and next steps within reach.
Can I connect my own tools?
Yes. Personal connections are separate from the shared business sources. Gmail is the first supported personal tool, with read access and sending permission granted separately. Review availability and access for other tools during setup.
Can Orcinta carry out a task for me?
With a supported tool connected and the necessary permission, you can review a prepared email and have it sent through your account. You can also confirm a recurring email instruction. Each action remains subject to your authorized scope, preferences and business rules; a missing permission or required approval holds it.
Does my personal email become company knowledge?
No. Your personal connection and private email remain separate from shared business sources. Personal preparation can use the business context you are authorized to access, without making your private correspondence visible to everyone.
What happens when new information arrives?
New evidence can update the brief, prepared work or an item you follow. An open question remains open until the relevant confirmation or decision is recorded. Freshness depends on the connected source and the information available.
