Connect the tools your business already uses and choose what Orcinta can read. Your team carries on working in the same places.
Orcinta traces how a change in one part of your business affects the rest, connecting the evidence so you can see which plans, promises and decisions need another look.
Start with the change recorded in an agreement or update.
An agreement tells you what was promised. A conversation explains why. A work update shows where things stand. Follow them together, then see what happens when new information arrives.
The agreement, discussion and work updates concern the same commitment. Together they explain what was decided, why it mattered and who is responsible now.
Ask a question, prepare for a meeting or hand over the work with the relevant evidence already connected.
Open a record to follow its connection to the decision.
The signed record establishes what the business agreed to do.
The commitment connects to the team, decisions and work it concerns. The connected records identify the people, customers and teams involved in the work.
Understand who made the agreement and who is responsible for what follows. The team’s conversation records the decision, its reasons and the evidence considered.
The next person can understand why the agreement took this shape.Later updates show what has been completed, what changed and which questions remain open.
Use the current position alongside the original commitment, with gaps kept visible.Select “New information” to see how the business memory grows without losing the earlier decision.
A contract explains what was agreed. A conversation reveals what changed. A financial record shows what is possible. Bring those pieces together to understand what they mean for your business.

Follow the links between records about the same customer, asset or commitment. Check the supporting evidence and see where accounts disagree.
An updated agreement can change the work, dates and responsibilities connected to it.

As your people keep working, new agreements, decisions and outcomes make the picture richer. Your next question can draw on what the business learned along the way.

It is a connected understanding of the people, customers, assets, commitments and decisions in your business, built from the work in your connected tools. Orcinta links the relevant facts and their evidence, then updates that understanding as new information arrives.
Your team keeps working in its existing tools. Orcinta builds relationships from the sources you connect and authorize. When an important fact is missing or unclear, it can ask for the specific information needed to resolve it, rather than asking people to maintain another database.
The current connector set includes Google Drive, Slack, Notion, GitHub and Stripe. Available context depends on which sources you connect, what they contain and the access you authorize. We can review your systems and coverage during a demo.
Connections are supported by source evidence. Orcinta checks for supporting and conflicting records, keeps uncertainty visible and updates its understanding when the evidence changes. A shared name or one unconfirmed message is not enough to treat an important relationship as certain.
Orcinta updates its understanding as new information is received and processed from connected sources. Timing depends on the source and its connection. Missing access, delayed updates and gaps in coverage limit what it can know; an unavailable source is not treated as proof that nothing has changed.
Yes. Ask Orcinta about a proposed change and work through the relevant commitments, people, costs and dependencies. Its answer uses accessible evidence and identifies what still needs confirmation. Discussing a decision does not authorize or carry it out.
No. Answers and context follow the permissions of the person or connected agent requesting them. Private information does not become shared simply because it is connected. Reading context also does not grant permission to act.
In connected workflows that route an action through Orcinta’s checks, business rules can require approval or hold the action before it happens. Actions outside that path may be observed afterward, but cannot be blocked retroactively.
